Sealskinz Gloves Shooting Gloves Olive

I live in the Yorkshire Dales and walk my dog in some pretty harsh weather. As a result, I have spent a lot of time researching online, in hunting forums, review sites etc, for a pair of gloves with removable thumbs and fingers that to enable me to fiddle with leads, gates and stiles without my hands getting cold. These gloves are probably the best I have been able to find and trust me I have looked at a lot of gloves (sad).They are warm enough without being bulky, I have worn them on hills covered in snow down to around minus five to ten degrees and they are warm as toast, even around the fingers and thumb areas, which fold back and are held by magnets. The gloves appear to be made with leather palms for good grip and a soft material back. They are very comfortable. I bought one size up as I prefer a little room to move around in and am glad I did.I find that in really bad rainy weather the gloves are not completely waterproof and become damp after about an hour. That said they dried out quickly and I am talking about REALLY bad weather. The gloves may appear to be a little expensive but sometimes you get what you pay for. I would recommend.

Rather overpriced for what they are. Do not appear windproof nor very waterproof. They are a light light indeed.

Have used these for a couple for a couple of yrs now and there great, keep your hands warm and dry... would recommend for anybody out hunting this season...
