VITEK VT-1509 BK-I 870-Watt 12 Cups Drip Coffee Maker with Water Level Indicator (Black)

I received the item with delivate locking part broken in first occasion and the hinge of coffe powder filter holder on the 2nd occasion. The oackaging was not upto the mark by the company for fragile items with glass caraffe and can easily result in damage during transport.The make and finish of the product is also very average. Even if the product would have come intact, it would not have lasted long by the nature of design. The surface is dull with no shine. Plastic used apprears more like a recycled nature( my guess based on experience and may be not correct).I would not not recommend this to any one.There are better products with great finish and quality for little over Rs.2000. Without naming any brand , I would suggest, look for good brands and features and not just lower price.

Received a damaged product so returned it immediately. Haven't used it so can't say about the performance but one thing I can say is that its build quality is not so good.

We are daily coffee drinkers and this coffee maker does the trick. It's nothing fancy, but brews coffee efficiently and is a good quality product. Great price too!

It is adequate but not brilliant as my last coffee maker was.

1. Did not last for even a year.Bought on Dec 10, 2018.2. Coffee doesn't get hot - always lukewarm.3. Countless calls to company as product still under warranty BUT no sign of technician even after promising a firm date.4. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Product is ok but the jar cracked and its not available on amazon nor am i getting it in market .. .so basically product has become useless for me

I received broken product though the machine look nice. Very careless handling and I don't know what to do with this junk
