Not What I Expected
The media could not be loaded. Again I can’t believe that this is even something approved by Amazon platform. This is super small and not even concrete. The only positive is that I can look at my daughter face because it is small enough for my work desk. I don’t think I will put on my daughter gravesite because may fly away with the wind and that would be so sad. Stop deceiving people that’s already hurting this does not help

They did exactly what they were supposed to do! It arrived on time & at a timely manner with it being custom made. Everything is perfect the picture is clear and I did it without the background. The dates are correct the wording of the stone is all correct and pulled correctly clear as day. Thanks again. Just felt you deserved more reviews so, people can see it’s a legit thing. Nice marker if in need very neat for the pricing.

I should have read the reviews first it’s crazy how you can’t return it because of the mistakes they’ve made on it. It would have been perfect if they didn’t mess up the saying on there.

Horrible!!
ZERO star product-How anyone would send this with good conscience is beyond me. Obviously not returnable but I will be contacting Amazon. This "business" is HORRIBLE!! How did this qualify as OK to send???Not only did I lose my mom I have this to deal with :(
