Better than its price point
Outstanding tipple this. Great flavour, a real improvement over the already very nice baseline Woodford Reserve. I've had plenty of bourbons priced higher than Double Oak's usual RRP of £50-£55'ish and don't see how they can justify the extra. Whenever this comes down to around £40 or under it is 100% a must buy for me

Great sipping bourbon - sweet and light
This is a lovely, sweet, light sipping bourbon. If you don't like high proof it's perfect. Has a lovely sweet smell and taste, definitely sweeter than regular Woodford. Would recommend.

Forget the rest, this is the best!
The double oaked Woodford is a premier league bourbon, it’s so delicious it’s difficult to put into words. It’s has an almost a maple syrupy feel to it, it’s without a doubt my absolute favourite of all American whiskeys, I implore you to try it!

Best value bourbon going.
This stuff is sublime, almost rum like with all that vanilla and caramel but still most definitely whiskey!Bang for buck I don’t think it can be beaten.It’s a sipper

A good step-up from the standard Woodford Reserve
This is, of course, more pricey than the usual Woodford Reserve but for me, this was money well spent (if only as an occasional treat). I'm no bourbon expert, but I've tried about 6 brands (all around the £30 - £50 cost), including the 'standard' Woodford Reserve. Compared to the 'usual' Woodford, I found this to be smoother and had a more interesting mix of flavours and was generally just a more 'full bodied' drink. I really enjoyed it and finished the bottle relatively quickly (which is unusual for me, as I'm not a big drinker). I'd definitely buy again, when I wanted to treat myself and pay a bit more.
