The vendor's business practices are questionable. Upon returning an item due to inferior quality and poor workmanship, we were notified that we can expect a refund "within 48-72 days"! Really? Yes. This appears to be a benchmark example of a failed business model and Amazon should review this vendors' integrity when allowing them to use Amazon as a medium for retailing their goods.

I really like this area rug. It is exactly as seen in the picture which seems to be rare. It’s exactly what I was looking for with size and price. Colors are vibrant and very soft. Only problem is the corners won’t lay down flat and someone trips over it quite often but I’ll keep it.

We really like this. We got the Harput red.It's a fair bit less distressed in person than it shows online, at least ours was. In fact, I'll make a pic in the morning and add it tomorrow.- Machine made- Make in Turkey- Listing says 100% polypropylene, rug label says 100% polyester. Mostly the same, judging by definition.- It's got a solid backing, is nicely woven, good consistent stitching.Care & cleaning:"For routine cleaning, sweeping your rug with a broom or carpet sweeper on a weekly basis is highly recommended and is the least damaging way to clean your rug. If your vac has a beater bar, it should be turned off or set on the highest setting. Powerful bagless vacs are not recommended and can cause damage to your rug. Clean spills immediately by blotting with mild soap and water. Professional cleaning is recommended if spills can not be cleaned with house hold products. Great find! The colors match my decor perfectly and it's well made. Like I do with all new rugs I flipped it over, rolled it in the opposite direction from how it came, and stored it for a week before laying it down. It lays perfectly without any curls wrinkles or seams. Love it!

Love the rug. it looks really nice. Only problem is I ordered the Jet Black rug and received a brown rug. Too much headache to return so I am keeping the rug.
