Ridiculously useful! This beauty provided me the following insights on my swing:1) I was coming over the top slightly at the first part of the downswing (even though I was hitting a draw)2) The clubface was open at halfway down (meaning that my hands were having to do a lot of work in the impact zone)3) I was over-swinging (past parallel)4) My tempo was too fast (2:1, rather than 3:1)5) I was across-the-line at the topTo be explicit; I was using this analyser to pick out features that I knew were wrong. I then shared them with my instructor and we worked together (over 6 lessons) on re-building my swing... even though I knew what was wrong, I needed his input to get the "feel" for an improved swing. Once I got that "feel" during the lessons, I was able to monitor whether I was replicating it during my practice sessions at the range by using this app. Having picked out most of the key things I was doing wrong, I felt a lot more trust in the instructor when we worked on remedying them. For example, my instructor - using video analysis - didn't notice that my swing was (very slightly) over the top. However, after I pointed it out, we worked on it for one session and the feel of the swing changed entirely.I'd definitely recommend this for anyone who is trying to improve - the only proviso is that it can only tell you what the club is doing; not what your body is doing. For that, you need video analysis and an instructor as well.Now, I'm cocking my wrists a little earlier in the backswing (to prevent cocking them at the top), increasing right-hand dorsiflexion at the top (to close the clubface early), dropping my hands behind me earlier in the downswing (to get on/under plane and close the clubface) and rotating a lot more using the big muscles of the core & abs (rather than the shoulders/arms).

Brilliant device that's really helping me to understand my swing and what causes what. If you work with a pro and get a swing you then what to grove, works really well, as you know if your slipping back into your old bad habits.

Great learning tool but a pain when swapping clubs as you need to re-calibrate every time.Also can be fussy with some android phones

Currently, the device cannot be installed and as such used by new buyers using Android phones.As per Skypro's UK customer service rep, the reason for that is that the Android App is currently being modified and it is unclear when it will be operational and downloadable again.Therefore IMO, the device should not be sold to customers at the moment and a note of that unusability should have been been made here and on their website, but sofar isn't.I consider such business practices to be unprofessional and more.After waiting 5 weeks to see whether the Android APP issue is now fixed, I am now being told that if ones phone says 'APP not compatible' it won't work ever with it, despite having the latest JellyBean versions installed AS required by the oroginal sales docs and specs. IMO this displays extremely unprofessional, annoying, misleading and almost fraudulent business practices and attitudes by Skypro. Refrain from purchasing this device if you intend to use it with an Android device!

Charge does not last very long and has problems recognising clubs.
