Just getting around to this review but the back of it fell out by the second week.

Very well-made and cute tag! Is a little big for my 12 week old Labrahuhua puppy....but seems like he does not have a problem with it! Just love this tag!

Product seemed like a good idea, but the device had already been registered to another pet so we could not overcome that. Support was via contact page only and after three attempts and receiving no response we returned it.

Easy set up and look like they will last.

I found a bone shaped paper/plastic near my dog's feet while leashing them up for walk.. turned out to be the QR scan code which had quietly dropped off the back of this tag. It is neither glued, nor is there a slot where this paper/plastic fits in. If there was any sealant, it wasn't visible. I pressed it to see if it would hold, and it does for the moment. Unfortunately, I should have tried to glue it instead. Now, I can't get it off, and don't know when it will fall off. I can't deal with the hassle of checking it during every wear. Much more meaningful to get a simpler tag without code. HUHSince this essentially means that another tag with contact info is needed for reliability, I consider this a very poor tag for functional purposes, when used alone.Buy it because its cute or because you will use it with other tags with your contact info. I bought two, knowing the issue with one, I can't use the other either!

I have had this tag for less than 2 months . The first time I had to replace it because the QR code was not bold enough to register in a scan. Now I will need to replace it because I paid for the premium scanning services but the QR code has popped out of the metal frame and will not stay attached to the tag- which makes it useless for its intended purpose.
