Better than socks, would buy again
Like others who buy baby mittens, I have a newborn who insists on trying to claw out his eyeballs. These mittens have mitigated his efforts and I love that he can't scratch his little face easily.I file down his tiny talons and he sticks his finger in his eye. I put socks on his hands and he squirms out of them in 20 minutes or fewer. I apply these "kitten mittens" and while he does flap me in my face, no damage occurs. Finally I can be farther than arm's reach and know that my babe isn't injuring himself! These mittens stay on better than socks, and I like the way they look. Conveniently I have been buying mostly white baby things (for easy laundering), so these mittens work with everything he owns. Having six pairs is perfect for us.

Not for tiny newborns!
I read so many reviews in hopes I’d order the right mittens for my newborn. I knew she’d be tiny like my others so I didn’t want her mittens falling off like they always do. She weighed 6 lbs and these mittens fit her pretty big. They fall off every few minutes. I regret ordering online instead of looking in stores for some. I actually purchased a pack of 4 elsewhere for $3 that fit perfectly! Unless your baby weighs 9 lbs and up, don’t buy these. The mitten on the left is the ones I recently purchased that fit really good! The ones on the right are the Amazon ones. You can see how wide they are from the wrist.

MITTENS!!!
Who would have thought I would be so excited about baby mittens? Don't get me wrong, I like the cutsie ones, but these are functional and they work perfect for not coming off at daycare. They have elastic to keep them on around the wrist. I bought another package after the first one. I really love these things!!

I'm so glad I found these mittens
I'm so glad I found these mittens. I've purchased so many mittens from retail stores (such as Target and Babies r Us) and have tried several brands but none of them have stayed on and they have also been difficult to put on. My newborn has long fingernails and we haven't cut her nails yet so mittens are a must to prevent her from scratching her cute face. The mittens are easy to put on a crying/squirming baby and they stay on! I have already recommended these mittens to a friend and will continue to recommend to anyone who is looking for mittens that actually stay on.

Lots of lint!
These are pretty easy to get on and definitely stay on! My issue with the mittens is lint. They pill really easily and get a ton of grey lint balls on the outside. Also, a lot of lint generates inside the mitten. Every time I take it off, I have to fight to open my little guy's hand and get lint out from in between his fingers and crevices of his hand.

They fit
Mittens.. Yes, They fit my preemie babies. They look like little white socks on their hands. It helps keep them from scratching themselves in the face. They fall off maybe once or twice a day, versus the other brands mittens that fall off hourly since my twins' hands are so little. I know they will be able to use it for at least a couple months as there's still room for growth. Hopefully at that time, they've learned to not scratch as often.

The best newborn mittens.
Got these for my newborn grandson. Tried the Gerber brand first because they were a bit cheaper, well they were pretty, but would not stay on the baby. These mittens are much thicker and made well so the baby can't pull them off. Great product that keeps baby from scratching his cute little face up.

Soft, easy to wash. I recommend.
The only reason I leave 4 stars is they leave lint in between the infants fingers but that may go away after multiple washings is still buy these again as they stayed on my infants hands great. Now at 5 months old they still fit and I've used them as mittens for cold weather. The ones i like the best are a different brand that are a t shirt type material and has a long cuff on them. I however would use these over those during cold weather.

Tiny and short lived
I thought I would need these for the hospital and winter etc but hardly ever used them. They are sooooo tiny that a newborn will only get the chance to wear them maybe once or twice before they're too small. You definitely only need one pair, maybe two... this big bag was excessive and wasteful for one baby
