The chair is very comfortable, unless one of the pivoting mechanisms breaks.
It is comfortable and I enjoyed the product until it broke. The back no longer sits even, with one side rotating more than the other. This additionally does not allow the chair to come forward enough, so I am awkwardly having to sit back in it. I will not buy a chair from this company again unless the situation is remedied.

This chair is terrible, soon after buying it the wheels started snapping of and I had to buy metal ones so they wouldn't snap, then the riser started malfunctioning and would lower randomly, and now finally not even a year in the back has bent from leaning back. DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR

Arm broke off after 2 days!!
Got this as a gift for my 15 yr old son. He loves it but one of the arms bent and broke off after 2 days of use.

Wheels broke and the back snapped only after a year and a half

Cheap components, badly designed.
Most of the wheels broke soon after assembly and the armrests soon followed (I'm average weight for my height) but it's also fundamentally badly designed putting far to much of your weight on the front wheels.Don't buy.

Grade of product is low
It's like a knock-off, second graded version of a racer chair, looks will deceive as the initial thought of the material would be leather. Bad product.
