DII 100% Cotton, Machine Washable, Dinner, Summer & Picnic Tablecloth, 52 x 52", Aqua & White Check, Seats 4 People

It's a lovely quality fabric, and is color fast when laundering. However, the length shrunk considerably with laundering. My 84" long table cloth is now approximately 74" long. The width remained roughly the same, with minimal shrinkage. This was washed and dried on delicate settings, using medium temps. I would highly recommend ordering a size up. Heaven knows what would happen with higher temp settings. Maybe I'd have a nice napkin to use.

I'd forgotten that manufacturers could make a tablecloth with a real hem, rather than a serged edge. Even my old and tattered red and white checked tablecloths, which played host to innumerable family meals, had serged edges. It took me two years to find exactly what I was looking for when I finally decided to replace them and I was pleasantly surprised with the unmistakable quality of these tablecloths.I ordered the rectangular tablecloth first, as the 52"x52" were unavailable. When I opened the package, the first thing I noticed was the densely woven fabric and the hem, with its straight stitching and generous edge. I tossed it into the washing machine on warm and dried it in a hot dryer to check for color bleed and shrinkage, as I don't need high-maintenance table linens, especially for casual dining. The tablecloth passed with flying colors on both counts, so I ordered four of these, along with four sets of napkins.They look bright and cheery on our patio and we've gotten lots of compliments on them from our guests. I'm placing an order for a couple more rectangular tablecloths to cover the food serving tables and plan to order a set of blue ones later so we can change up the look of our tables. These are an excellent purchase!

I love this tablecloth. I got it for a Italian dinner party. However, I’m sure I could use this for a summer barbecue or picnic as well. The fabric is it high quality. I would definitely order from them again. I looked at other reviews and decided when I washed it I would Wash it in cold water and hang it to dry in order for it not to shrink. Looks beautiful after a wash.

These tableclothes are the most disappointing merchandise that I have ever purchased from Amazon! After laundering them before use, and VERY CAREFULLY following care instructions to the letter - cold water gentle wash, and drying at low temperature - these tableclothes have shrunk to the point of being unusable. I failed to measure them out of the package, but they seemed the right size (ordered the 60 x 84"), but out of the dryer, they had quite obviously shrunk a great deal. I measured them; they are now 57 1/2" x 77". This is ridiculous shrinkage! They (purchased 2) fit the table with insufficient overhang. They also are far from usable without ironing...wrinkled and puckered like a cheap cotton shirt. The next size up was 102" inch length...too long for my table. Now I am stuck with 2 pretty expensive tableclothes that don't look right on our dining room table (packaging was discarded). I am very unhappy. Unless you can tolerate this magnitude of shrinkage, I would keep on looking.

Used once, washed once. Color bled everywhere and ruined the pattern and my favorite pair of jeans. Needless to say, I'm disappointed in the product and absolutely would not recommend. Invest in quality! It's always worth it.

The machine washable, 70" gray and white checkered round tablecloth works on my inside round table and my outside round table. Dresses up the outside and the inside. The tablecloth is 100% cotton and may need a light ironing after washing, but if you have a dryer like mine, it removes wrinkles and makes it very easy to put it back on the table looking nice without a lot of fuss. I like that I can use it inside or out. It is well made, thick material and wonderful for a casual event. I also have the rectangular 60x120 for my large table and it is yellow and white checkered. Same quality as the round and easy to care for. Brightens any table.

This DII 100% COTTON SUMMER & PICNIC TABLECLOTH, AQUA & WHITE CHECK (70" Round, Machine Washable, Seats 4 to 6 People) looks so nice on my breakfast/lunch/dinner table! The tabletop--in use 24/7 for reading mail and news on tablets, eating meals, and doing everything else that requires a flat surface--gets cluttered, but the summery aqua check stands up to the clutter. It really cheers up my condo's dining area.The tablecloth is 100% cotton, and feels the way that a tablecloth ought to feel. The moderately-coarsely-woven cloth is thick and substantial, and the cloth doesn't slide around or off the table easily (unlike some microfiber polyester cloths). My round table is 46" across, and this cloth covers it with plenty of overhang all around. The hemming is done with light-colored thread that makes the hemline barely visible.This tablecloth is easy care. It's machine washable, and doesn't really need ironing.

I bought this product in three different lengths. I found the quality and construction to be very good to the extent that the checks lined up indicating that the fabric was cut evenly. However, the measurements were not as advertised. I measured the 120" x 60" tablecloth closer to 115" x 60", the 104" x 60" tablecloth closer to 100" x 60" and the 84" x 60" tablecloth closer to 82" x 60". Also the washing instructions said to iron with a low iron which would have done nothing to remove the wrinkles from the heavy cotton fabric. They ironed nicely with my iron set at cotton and an occasional spray with water. I gave them 4 stars for the quality and construction.

I have been looking for 100% cotton tablecloths as advertised. I bought two and I am very happy with them. They are heavy duty, feel like cotton as they should, and the colour is beautiful. I bought the 60x84 and they fit perfectly my table. Had washed many times, and colour stays bright, but make sure you do not use bleach!Choose the right size and colour and you'd be happy with it for a long time!

This is a superior product. As vibrant as in the picture. We covered it with a clear plastic table cover to protect it and to keep it clean, making for easy cleanups after meals. After searching everywhere for color for my table, which is prominent in an all white kitchen this was the perfect solution. I didn't want flowers or silk or lace. The material is nice and thick and just beautiful. I couldn't be happier.It will match any color I choose for placemats and go with every season and holiday. Thrilled beyond measure!

Good cotton fabric for the duty of a tablecloth. The hem is flat all the way round this circular tablecloth, which is a sign of good workmanship.
