STARQ W3-A Induction type High Pressure Washer/ Cleaner Car & Bike 1800 Watts 120 Bar

The pressure is pretty good, better than most portable pressure washers in this price range. I purchased the machine and complete accessories separately. What I received was almost the same what I had expected - since I had read some other reviews. However, I have noticed some important things which I'll share with you. It's a must read. 1. Pressure is excellent. You need extension rod and separate nozzles for best results. If you use the adjustable nozzle and without extension rod, you'll feel the pressure is not as good as what people say about this machine. 2. I had earlier rented pressure washers before buying this one. Those were loud machines which would annoy my neighbours. This one is quite, even less than the sound of water spraying. 3. I think this is the best pressure washer you can get for at this price. I love it since it's induction motor. 4. Some parts like hose connector came missing but the seller sent me those items by courier. They had a nice attitude. They could have made a checklist for all the items. 5. There is a transparent filter that connects machine to the intake pipe which is not shipped with the package. You need the request the same from the seller after placing the order. It is required if you are using running water. 6. Regarding continuous usage - I tested it by washing my friends pickup, which would take long time to wash. No auto shutdown encountered. Of course there was some stoppings in between(drawing running water, with overhead 500L tank) If you are cleaning your fence and floors, it might be a concern. I haven't tested it myself. 7. The intake hose is very short. Since I already had some garden hose, it was not a problem. 8. Output hose is 6 meter, one meter more than offered. It's a good thing. 9. Power cable is a let down. It won't reach the wall plug if you place the machine on the floor. However, that's not the problem. The problem is it cannot connect the earth pin to the Indian socket. The plug that comes with is 'type F', not suitable for Indian wall sockets. Check the photo of the plug and socket I attached. It just works as a two pin plug. This machine or any other machine which has exposed metal parts and chances of getting wet must have an earth pin. The only solution is to replace the power cord, which would require crimping some coonectors. Since I am a little on the electrical side, it's not a problem for me but it could be a problem for other people. Anyway I would have replaced the cord since my requirement was 6 meter power cord. 10. I don't think the insulation on the power-on switch will last forever. You will need to find solutions when it wears out. 11. Regarding the power of the motor, it seems to be a 1hp/.75hp motor. It draws only 3.5 ampere current(using running water - overhead tank) as opposed to the claims by seller it's a 1800w motor and it's a good thing as it would consume less energy. 1800psi would make some sense as it translates to roughly 120bar pressure. 12. Weight is not much for an induction motor of 1hp and associated pump. 13. Regarding extension cable or power cord replacement you need only 1sq mm 3 core wire. No need to go for higher guages since the current is only 3.5A(I haven't tested what current it draws of water is pumped from a floor level tank or bucket) 14. Foam Lance works good. 15. For my application, I require only 15 and 25 degree nozzles mostly. The adjustable nozzle that comes default combined with no extension rod doesn't make any sense. Stand alone nozzles produce strong water jet without spreading in all directions. Go for extension rod and separate nozzles. The seller sells these items separately. Just contact him. 16. The angular attachment is of no use as it would rotate down by itsown weight. Don't think you can wash your car's underbody using this attachment. 17. The seller says oil change is not necessary unless you encounter noises. My advice is to change oil once in a while before the damage occurs. It's a simple task. Or you can take it to mechanic or motor repair person to change oil. 18. Many sellers sell the same machine in different brand names(It seems. I have no first hand experience). They all seem to buy from same Chinese OEM. My request to seller is to get Indian type plugs next time you place your order. 19. The motor has no stand. You need a stand for the motor you don't want to put it on dirt. 20. The seller is cooperative when I informed him of missing parts. He sent me missing parts and one extra tap connector and filter. 21. I don't know if spare parts are available for this product. For the motor part, I hope it will not be much of an issue to source locally, but for the pump part, I have no idea, although starq promises spare parts.I am going to give it a 5 star considering the price, seller response and since I had a fair idea of what I was going to receive. Apart from a few minor spoilers, it is good machine.

Amazon had delivered it very fast in proper packing,Star Q WE Red colour model is delivered to me ,First observation :Product quality is OK as of costOnly inlet pipe quality is not up to mark and power supply cable is very short about 5 feet . I need to purchase extension box with at least 2.5 sq mm wire quege to run this powerful machine.Pressure , is excellent . Gun came with product is also OK but some what delicate.Out let side pipe quality must be improved ,it is 5 meter plus.Rest water pressure us excellent and I can adjust various spray mode ,pensil to spray mode .Cost is reasonable , if seller really want to kill competition ,then they must add at least 5 meter incoming AC wire of 2.5 sqmm wire with this machine as well please improve ,inlet quality pipe and length .Also 90 degree angle must be given with itSeparate kit having combo of 90 degree nozzle and foam bottle offered,which is to be purchased separately on Amazon by paying 3000 again is not appropriate.Rest I will test the product again with contiues run and will update my review again.

The power button is water proof :)The electric wire is of good quality, the machine outer shell is designed in a way that you can wrap the wire around it easily so that it does not get damaged when the machine is moved around or sorted.The Gun does not feel flimsy and looks like it will last.The priming pipe and outlet pipe are of good quality.*Cost & Convenience*Product is very well priced, you are getting a lot for your buck and with warranty.other products don’t even come close.A normal pressure wash for a car would cost INR 700 and INR 120 for a bike where I live, travel distance to preferred and trusted washing center is around 2 kilometers and waiting time is around 1 and half hour on weekends and wash time around 45 mins. I like to wash my vehicles every weekend i.e 4 weekends in the month.Thus700(car) + 120(bike) + petrol + waiting time + 4 weekends a month = tentative INR 3400 amonthCost without Sarq W3Monthly cost = INR 3,400Yearly cost = INR 40,800The Starq W3 machine if for INR 6,999 and you can use it how many ever times you want for however long it lasts.Yes, I feel its cost effective.*Water Pressure*It will remove hard mud and clean your wheels well, you can hurt yourself if you are not careful.*Product Highlights that work for me*Water pressure.Self-priming.Less noise.Easy to set up.Easy to store.Full marks to the seller for understanding the customer's needs and continuously improving the product.
