If you are buying these mosfets, you already know what they are. But these arrived fast and the price was right.

I Received TIP32C PNP power transistors instead.they seem to work however.

It isn't the seller that is bad, honestly I don't even know how this is an issue given their maximum ratings.. I purchased more than 10 of these to try on a PWM DC motor driver using a 555 timer.. The coil resistance of the motor was 2 Ohms, I was running 36v at the beginning and these worked fine (3 in parallel, 10k resistor G-S, 555 oscillating a square wave at 12v) but at this power at only maybe 12A /3 FETs in parallel (4A per piece) they were getting fairly hot. I minimized switching losses the best I could but the problem continued as I added another cell for a total voltage of 54v; at this point the FETs stayed closed with a 100 Ohm resistance from either drain or source to the gate! I went through testing faster freewheel diodes, changing resistances to the gate pulldown and changing gate drive voltage.. Four MOSFETs later it looks like I'll have to find larger, more robust components. And this is at only half the max voltage rating and ~5A under max.. So if you plan to use these for high power, well, don't.

All units have worked so far (3). No complaints.

have only used one of these and it works as expected they arrived in good condition and i am pleased with my purchase.

really robust mosfet. I use it to switch a 12 volt 0.15 amp fan on a PWM pin so the switching rate varies based on the demand with a 1k resistor from gate to ground. I've been using for a month now with no issues at all.
