It was a little frustrating to get this moon levitating. Took a lot of time, but once we figured it out each time gets easier and easier.That said, it was worth every frustrating minute. When plugged in, the moon levitates when the light is on or off. A button on the base allows you to turn on the lamp and off without it losing its flight.When on, the moon is absolutely stunning.To give you an idea of its size, it's a little smaller than a basketball, or child's inflatable ball. A really nice size for what it does..I suggest the 7.1 inch any day over the smaller version.I got extremely lucky and picked the warehouse deals for $95.00. Normally this beauty is double that price.I'm happy with my purchase..my video speaks for it. Stunning and memorizing.UpdateSadly I didn't even have it for 2 weeks. Randomly if I went to push the button to activate the moon's light, it would clink to the base and lose its magnetic connection.I tried everything to rectify the issue and even had amazon try to help to no avail.Far too expensive even at the discount for it to fail this way.Sent it back for a refund. I didn't want to see it go, but for that amount spent had no choice.Sadly, I cannot recommend this item.

This product is very realistic when it is lit up. Looks very much like the moon as seen through a telescope. The size is what I consider to be just right. Not too small to make it difficult to see and not too large to be gaudy. It throws off a gentle glow that warms the area and is not too brash or bright. Perfect as a night light or to provide ambience similar to candles but without the fire hazard. My son who is in the aerospace industry was delighted to receive this. It's a very unique way of telling someone you love them to the moon and back. Great communication from seller.

First. It's really pretty and mesmerizing to look at. The ONLY drawback was the first one stopped working after 2 days. I requested a new one and it (the second one) works like a charm! Balancing it on the base is tricky but once you get it balanced and floating it becomes easier and easier.

"【Levitation technology】 the Moon Lamp levitates in the air at all times and can constantly rotate" That is what is in the product description...got mine and it will only rotate for 5 or 10 minutes then stops. I posted a question to Zeengine wondering if moon was defective since it didn't constantly rotate. Their answer-"every moon has a different center of gravity so the spin times will vary" That's pretty misleading...just keep that in mind if you are thinking about purchasing. Other than that, the moon looks great. I just wish I had known the thing wouldn't constantly spin. Update- Zeengine says "its not a permanent device so it will stop spinning" I think they are full of s****.Edit-I waited to see if they would respond and they did not. So I would NOT buy from Zeengine. They dont even have a contact number and customer service is nonexistent.

If you like to hear a piece of plastic slam into a piece of wood over and over, this is the product for you. IDK if the one I ordered was defective but it was impossible to get the moon to hover. The magnet is very strong and when you try to balance the globe in the air above it, the moon will either lift the base off the table or the base will slam the moon down on to it. I got so mad I smashed it into a million pieces.

Absolutely amazing!! Looks great does everything that was stated in description. And fast shipping. If you don't have patience might wanna get help balancing it. Can be tricky.

The set up took less than 1 min. I set it up to rotate and it seems to keep going. Feels flimsy, so really hope it lasts a while. It levitates with light on or off, as long as it is plugged in. The switch for light is on the wooden base (wish it came with a remote). Word of caution: the moon "landing" makes a lot of noise. It will scare kids, so might want to keep it out of reach and always plugged in.

For what it costs... It should have come with the remote (listed as optional on the instruction sheet but not included) nor does it have the levitating tool. Does not change color. Can not buy remote separately.

WOW WOW WOW.Looks just like the moon .Full moon effect with perfect lighting and mapping/texture.And it FLOATS and rotates.Really is like having a miniature moon in your home.Who ever thought of this must be a wealthy person.I believe there is other planets and earth you can also buy.If you like anything about the moon you must BUY this.

Cool gadget. But.......It's way overpriced for the novelty and overall size. In addition, I would have expected a uk adaptor at a cost £200. Luckily, I had a UK adapter spare, otherwise I'd have sent it back.This should retail at £60 max with a UK adaptor.
