I’ve been doing resistance training for over 40 years now and my joints are starting to suffer at times. A recent injury was to my left elbow which gives pain when extending the arm under resistance. I’ve reduced the weight for some exercises and eliminated others whilst trying to manage this, but I still get some pain.I was sceptical about the claims for this support but thought I would try it and the results are excellent. In most exercises, I’m pain-free. I can even do weighted dips again providing I warm up first. It provides a lot of support but isn’t overly stiff or tight. I like that it covers a good portion of the arm and isn’t just over the elbow.Choosing the size was perhaps my biggest problem but I used the size guide shown in one of the product images. I came out as large which I was sceptical about given I’m around 5’ 9” but the fit is perfect on the joint. I do find the top part of the sleeve a little tight over the bicep, but I would expect this given my training. Despite the slight tightness it’s not uncomfortable and doesn’t hamper my exercise.In all this is excellent value for money and does what it claims to. I would definitely recommend trying it if you suffer from elbow pain.

The elbow brace is very well made and gives support where required.I would say that if your measurment is approaching the upper limt for a particular size then buy the next size up.Email response via Amazon from the seller was excellent.

I bought this as I have tennis elbow for the first time in my long life. After wearing it for about 6 hours a day for a few days I was feeling a lot better, although I haven’t had a miraculous recovery it does help support & generate heat into my elbow. I know it’s going to take many weeks to heal but I feel certain this support is helping.

If I could give it 0 stars I would of. Bought two large and they are completely different sizes. Very poor. Do not buyWorn for 5 minutes and now have abrasions on my arm. Terrible

Have now purchased from Physix Gear the elbow, knee and ankle compression sleeves, all are superb.Suitable for any age but I’m at the late 30s stage, still playing as many sports as I can but getting more and more aches and pains. These products have been worth their weight in gold. Highly recommend. And at the price, excellent value for money. Delighted customer.

Had this elbow support for a few weeks now and already feel a difference in my arm. It's not a cure but it certainly helps massively. Its easy to wear , its very comfortable . And easy to wear under normal clothes. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone with elbow problems.

Have ordered two of these. Initially ordered the medium (according to the measurements they provided) but it was way too large. (I have kept it though as the style/design would suggest it would also be suitable for e.g. a knee injury)... ordered the small (my elbow according to their measurements is bang on 11") and this is also still a little on the large side but a snugger fit at least. You do definitely feel a sense of support from it if you are suffering with an elbow injury (in my case tennis elbow I think even though I don't play tennis) so I would recommend, but would advise to watch their sizing and opt for a smaller size than recommended if in doubt.

I have been using this product for a few weeks now on and off when I have had pain in my elbow.Firstly I would say that the quality for the price is immense, its a nice thick sleeve which is very well put together. It has a good tightness which supports well yet does not go so far as to feel uncomfortable by cutting off the supply of blood to the area around the elbow.I bought due to having an issue which flares up from time to time similar to tennis elbow and must say its been a life saver on my bad days where I'm dealing with this.Its a great sleeve and I actually bought a second one due to how impressed I was with this, so bottom line is it truly is fantastic. 5 * all the way for me.
