This pump was fantastic for my use with great water flow. I tried two different pumps based on a simple evaluation of water lift. Forget that. I only had about a 3' lift but even a 264 GPH pump just barely bubbled. This pump gave me what I wanted and more which allowed me to dial back versus running at full flow. The pump appears to be well built and good quality. I highly recommend this pump for your small to medium fountain needs.

I needed this to change water out of my 100 gallon livestock tank. This little pump siphons the water out quickly! Very good power for such a small pump! I've used it twice so far and I'm very happy with it!

Suction is very strong. Put on low until you’re set & certain for higher suction level. In fact, I use it to siphon my 30g aquarium as well as refill w/ clean dechlorinated water in about 10-15 minutes. Be prepared though w everything needed eg towels, large empty bucket as well as prepared clean water. I also bought wheel bearing bucket holder to make things easier. P.S. put screen or mesh on end of tubing so you don’t get fish or plants.

Good water pump to strong for what I needed it for but feels very well made. The flow rate does not look like it changes much by at least looking at it no real instruments to give any numbers.

An unbelievable value for money. Runs 24/7 at low cost. Efficient. I recommend covering it with a fine mesh bag to ensure small fish safety.

I have numerous 100+ gallon tanks as home for my cichlids collection.I use these pumps as circulators to keep a circular current moving across the bottom of the tanks.This prevents waste from settling as well as provides current for the fish to swim against (they LOVE that!)I think I've purchased 6 of these altogether now.. very satisfied with them.Typically, if small, Chinese made pumps like these last 12, 18 months, I call that a win. These are over a year old... still hanging in there.

Good pump and relatively strong but be careful with the details offered in the description. The description states that the three threaded to barbed hose connectors have a thread of 7/8-14 UNF. That is false! The threads and the pump female threads are a fraction smaller than a 7/8-14 UNF thread, so if you wanted to thread another 7/8-14 UNF adapter into the female threaded output port it will not fit. I have had and been using the pump for 3+ years and it is still operating flawlessly. So, the pump with its provided adapters are fine, but do not go by the provided info on thread sizes as it is NOT ACCURATE.
