I knew I had to get the D vit inside of me as I wasn't going out enough in the sunshine due to this covid situation.Subsequently I researched the amazon site and came across your product and was convinced that your product seems to be the best particularly as I had read previously that the accompanying K vit was the best way to take it for maximum effectiveness regarding absorption.This is my second week of taking it and I believe that I am feeling the positive effects of that as am generally of a 'sunny ' disposition with all the benefits of that , one being more upbeat and a definitely a better reflection back from the mirror with regards to skin tone and condition wise. My hair seems in better condition as well, all good as I'm indoors at home a lot namely due to a arthritis condition which your tablets do help as well.So all good and I will be re-ordering again at some point and have switched brands over to yours . Thank you for a good product and close by saying that I do like your packaging :)

After a fair bit of research, I chose FS Vitamin D3 + K2 as they appeared to be the best value for a 6 months supply of the high strength of 4000IU Vitamin D3 with the added benefit of Vitamin K2. They are also made in the UK (from imported ingredients). The capsules are quite large, but I find them easy to swallow.I started taking Vitamin D as I had read that aching joints may be due to a deficiency, and I had been spending more time indoors than I should have. That has pretty much gone since taking it. Since then, I have seen it widely recommended due to the Covid-19 restrictions keeping more people at home. I wasn't aware of the importance of taking Vitamin K2 along with it until recently which is why I switched to this one.

Seems to be working great 😊 I was anaemic and went for a all round blood check no vitamin d deficiency guessing I have these to thank for at least a bit of that! Still lacking in iron but that’s got nothing to do with these lol!

A great product by a British company at a great price.The human body isn't good at absorbing Vitamin D3, but it's great at producing it in the sun, so it needs a carrier agent to promote absorption when ingested, which is why these caplets come with Vitamin K2.4,000 iu is the maximum daily dose so this is ideal with sufficient K2 to support absorption.74% of the UK population are Vitamin D deficient, 27% are dangerously low, so this 6 month supply will get you through winter after which you need just 30 minutes of midday sun until it's winter again.

I really prefer this to the Holland &Barratt product I was taking before this. After a week I can feel and see the difference. My dark eye circles are starting to lift and I have more energy. Good price too. Would like to try more products from this range 😀
