This is a great vegan and healthy alternative to chocolate. It’s definitely not a chocolate replacement, but if you’re looking to increase your gut health and avoid caffeine and theobromine, this is the way to go. Plus, it offers a natural sweetness (no, not sugary and it’s definitely lower in fat). I love unsweetened Greek yogurt and add this to it. Delicious! 😋Health benefits: improving digestion, managing cholesterol and blood sugar, and supporting bone health. It's also a source of fiber, antioxidants, and essential minerals.The consistency, fragrance and value for money are spot on.

Be careful how to eat this fine powder...

This particular Carob powder contains 35% of our daily iron value in a 1Tbs serving, which is the most of any carob powder I looked at.It also has 10% of our Vit D & 11% of our daily fiber value.It's also cert organicI also like that it makes my smoothy a nice brown color so I don't miss the Cacao powder so much :)Arrives very quickly, mild flavor.

This is my second time purchasing this product, and I love mixing to my coffee and use for baking. Freshness and texture is good. Value for money. No sugar content. Pure chocolate. Highly recommended.
