Q: My power supply unit comes on for a few seconds and then shuts off What is the problem and how to fix?

Are you sure it is the correct model number for your robot? This was happening to us and we had wrong model.

Q: Is there any warranty on this product? Mine stopped working after a month of use.

I don’t know about warrant since ours is pretty old but I have had the occasional issue with it not powering on and so I unplug it and wait a day then reply hand it usually starts working again.
