I wish I learned about these years earlier. I take an med that gives me dry mouth and after a few years of that I needed three crowns. My dentist said it was because of the dry mouth and recommended I try something like these. I tried a few generic brands and then ran across these and they are SOOOO much better. I've used all three (plain, mint, and cinnamon and personally like the mint the best.And I've always hated xylitol in other products (as a sugar replacement). But these don't bother me at all. I have them in most all day, every day. Teeth are better (because of the saliva, these don't do anything themselves to help my teeth) and I feel better.Oh, and they are great when you've gotta give a talk or are on a call, etc - I always got a dry mouth and started coughing, etc - this helps so much with simple things like that, too!

I actually feel very lucky I found these. I was waking up so dried out that my parts of my mouth were stuck together and left raw for the rest of the day. I use 2 of these at night and haven’t had that problem since. They aren’t difficult to stick to your gums. The flavor is mild and pleasant if you don’t have a problem with mint. Really like they are not full of sugar or artificial sweeteners.

These seemed a bit strange when I first purchased them. They actually glue themselves to the outer side of your lower teeth where they slowly dissolve with a soft mint taste and keep your mouth moist. If you're a "Nighttime Mouth Breather", you need these. They work. May seem a little strange at first but once you see how well they work, you'll get over it!

Dry mouth at night is horrible if you deal with it. I have used these for several months and now I can't live without them. They really work! Might have to put in a 2nd dose in the middle of the night for some people. But we'll worth it! I put them on auto-ship.

I can not sleep without these lozenges. I suffer from extreme dry mouth and these do the job. I have used them for years every single night. I prefer the mint flavor and find they will last for hours stuck to my gum and dissolve slowly. On a bad dry mouth night, I'll use two, one on each side. I will put another one in if I wake up during the night and it's dissolved. The only bad thing is if I sleep on the side with the lozenge and my mouth is too dry to dissolve the lozenge, I will get a canker sore in the spot on my cheek it rests on since there is no moisture. It will burn but it's a small price to pay for an every few months canker sore. I'm glad I found the bigger 230 bottle here on Amazon.

I have Sjögren’s which causes extreme dry mouth. These do seem to help create more moisture in my mouth. They’re not magic, don’t get rid of my dry mouth completely, but they do help. The the nice thing about them is that they have a coating on one side that sticks to the inside of your mouth. Once it is exposed to water. This is great for bedtime when I put one on the inside of each cheek and then it’s slowly dissolves overnight without having to worry about choking on it. It doesn’t last all night. But at least several hours before it fully dissolves. As long as you don’t suck on it.

Use these at night and for speaking, help keep the mouth moist and stays in place. At night lasts a good 5-6 hours, during the day while speaking maybe 1-2 hours.

I cannot sleep without these. It causes me to keep mouth shut preventing dry mouth and has a mild sleep relaxer which helps me to fall asleep faster. Love this product
