My doctor told me zinc boosts immunity
I am 79. I need all the health hints I can get from knowledgeable sources. I don’t like taking pills, s I decided on a fruity gummie. They taste reasonably good. I don’t know if they're increasing my immunity, but I’m seldom sick and they don’t seem to be hurting me.

I’ve been taking these gummies for quite a while and the gummies themselves are good. But on the last order they were all stuck together! The weather was warm but they should have bern wrapped in a cool wrapper or container. Disappointed!
