I really like this camera. I didn't think the video quality would be that great based on the onboard screen image, but I was wrong. I was also pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was able to learn to use it effectively, even with the gimbal. The image didn't bounce and remained stable throughout filming. I recommend getting one if you want to get away from using your phone, but don't want to spend the money on a high-dollar setup.

The picture quality is great. The sounds sucks. DO not recommend for anything other than voice over work.

I bought this in October and have used it just a couple of times indoors and I get this error( Gimbal protected tap to resume). I then tap it and it clears for just a minute and it comes back again. I researched it online but never got a definite solution. I missed the deadline to return the product back and it is hard to get an answer from the company. I just spent 300 dollars for a camera that does not even rotate hardly at all and keeps getting that error.

I have 4 action cameras and while they are great they all have the same flaws when it comes to motion, they shake and the field of view is either fisheyed or narrow. This works so much better as a camera to take on hikes, runs, bike rides and so much more because of the 3 axis gimbal and increased FOV. With the gimbal every shot is steady (well more steady... in some circumstances there is still camera shake lol) and with the remote you can just move it around the environment if you decide to. Another cool little capability is linking it to the phone app so you can monitor everything that the camera is seeing while you are filming and while it may not be optimal for a lot of people I have a neck harness that my phone attaches to magnetically so I can monitor the camera while walking if I want and have the camera attached to a should strap on my camera bag. I love it and find it to be very functionally superior to a lot of other shooting methods. The field of view is great and since you can shoot video in 4K at 60fps it works incredibly well for filming things that you inted to output at a lesser resolution and/or frame rate because you can crop in on the subject, follow it around, do whatever you want and never lose fidelty. It also just captures really crisp video and even it's low light capabilities are pretty impressive, I am kind of weird in that one of the first things I do with a camera is test it in low light lol. Ease of use is unmatched, well... kind of. I had a little bit of a hard time switching the language to English but once I got that sorted it was so simple. Just charge the controller and the camera, attach the camera to the controller and you are done. You can either leave it on the controller or separate them so for filming options. The size is so small that you can carry them in your pocket, purse, camera bags side pocket... cup holder... lol you get the idea, it has virtually no footprint at all. Battery life is pretty decent for something so small and capable as well, If you want to go for a nature hike you can get a good 2 hours of footage before needing a recharge, but at that point you better also have an external battery to charge it with. Charging doesn't take long either, I think I had a full charge after about an hour, could have been less or a little more... I was cooking while I charged it.Anyway, the point I am trying to make is that this camera is actually really cool, functional, and worthwhile. I didn't know of this brand until last year when I got one of their gimbals for my DSLR camera, but now I am totally going to be on the lookout for more from them.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This thing is trash honestly. Says 4k, but it takes the equivalent video quality in low light as a brick no matter what settings I try. Can't fix in post. Buying a gimbal for my S25 instead.
