It’s just like doing a deep condition at the salon! It’s very moisturizing and convenient. Now, it does look a bit funny on but it works really well. The cap is light and the heat makes you want to fall right to sleep. It’s been through 2-3 washes so far and it seems like it will last a while. It also fits all of my hair which says a lot.

Not sure why its labeled as a steamer, as there's no steam! It’s definitely a great heat cap for deep conditioning and pre shampoo treatments like hot oils. The cap is quiet and easy to use. Just put it on and plug it in. It takes about 2 min to fully heat up and does not burn your ears like some other caps. It has an adjustable string for tightening and the cord is a great length- not too long or short. Does what I needed to do for my hair.

I liked using the product, it does everything it should. However I’ve had this for a few months and have only used it about 10 times, the last time I’d put it away it was tucked safely. The last time I’d used it was about a month ago, now I’ve been trying to use it again but it doesn’t heat up at all, no matter how long I leave it for.
