Terrible customer service
Refused to give me any sort of refund or assistance beyond telling me to contact the manufacturer (gave me the wrong manufacturer!) for my headset despite the fact that I literally paid for the protection plan

Headphones protection was inexpensive and glad we did it!
Claim was relatively easy and payment in Amazon Gift Card form was very quick. We don't purchase protection plans for many items but did for our granddaughter's headphones, and we're all very glad that we did.

Using the warranty was very easy. The day the product was sent back, I received my refund within hours. They didn't even have it back yet, but I guess the code on the return sticker was enough. I highly recommend getting a warranty with this company.
