I ordered these as a recent routine health check blood test showed my potassium levels to be a little low (mild hypokalemia). These UK manufactured potassium chloride tablets are said to be GMP approved giving me some confidence in their manufacture.The tablets are quite large but have an indentation to help split them in half if required. They taste a little salty when placed in the mouth.The recommended dose is 2 tablets per day but I am always a little wary of overdoing health supplements so have decided to start with one a day until until I have the opportunity to discuss with my GP. One of the things I like about this supplement is that it is straightforward, with just the one ingredient and not made more complicated by having a mix.I feel I should add to my review the obvious disclaimer that this is not medical advice and really you should consult your doctor, as I will do, if you have the need to raise your potassium levels, although even the recommended dose of 2 of these tablets a day is only a proportion of the NRV (the bottle quotes 26%). As with many health supplements however, too much potassium can cause problems and adequate potassium levels are apparently usually attained from an decent but ordinary diet.The current price of these tablets at £11.49 with an additional 10% voucher is very reasonable for a 3 month supply at the recommended dose and I will give a 5 star rating

Good value tub of magnesium pills. A bit difficult to swallow, so I either steel myself and chew them, or else crush them an mix them in a drink. Quite a strong taste if you take more than one or two at a time, but it's probably best to only take that amount as they can have somewhat of an laxative effect in higher doses.Overall, ideal for making your own rehydration drinks and you can save a fortune on buying prepared beverages.

Large tablets but easy to swallow. Great price for the three months supply. I take one in the morning and 1 at night to keep my BP and heart rate numbers beautiful

This is huge box! ☺️ for little over £10 you have 3 months supply of really good quality product.I decided to buy this supplement purely because I have been suffering from nasty nigh leg cramps 😢😢.They were horrible and one day I complained to my friend who is dietitian and she straight away suggested to supplement potassium. I wasn't sure because I am quite wary about supplements and prefer healthy and well balanced diet over tablets.
