This camera does everything I wanted it to do. It's very discreet, and with a 256 GB memory card it can do continuous looped recording for about 2.5 days before it starts overwriting the oldest files. The video quality is acceptable - I can see who's in the room and what they're doing. (Note that the camera does not record audio; that's what I wanted, because it's illegal to record people speaking without their knowledge if you are not present in the room. ) This camera doesn't have night vision, but that's fine with me: if the room is dark, then there's no one there to monitor.Camera setup takes a few steps, but it's not hard and you only have to do it once: (1) start the camera with the memory card in place, (2) take out the card and open it on your computer to edit the date and time, (3) insert the card back into the camera.My particular unit does have a significant tilt to the camera, so the room looks like it's on a slant in the videos. But that's fine, I didn't buy this to create beautiful cinematography. For ~$36, I'm very pleased with this little gadget. After trying out one unit, I have decided to buy more of these so that I can monitor my entire space.I initially received a camera that didn't work (it wouldn't take any recordings no matter how many times I performed the startup sequence). But tech support was fast and helpful and they sent me a replacement camera for free.
