Tastes pretty good
This product is a very good source of fiber. Tastes pretty good and has natural ingredients and love the cocoa taste to it.Very easy to prepare, I mix it with oatmeal for breakfast and it smells so good.Affordable and economical.

decent taste, solid amount of fiber, a bit too much sugar for regular use for me
This has a little bit too much sugar per serving (2.2g) than I think would be ideal, but regardless of that the amount of fiber (2.7g) is pretty good. The taste takes a bit of getting used to but isn't too bad. The container is enough for 20 servings, so you can end up going through it pretty quick. I don't think it would be my choice for every time i need some extra fiber, but it is nice to have as an option now and then through the month.
